SHIPPING POLICY

Since every order will vary in size and weight, and could ship anywhere around the world, we felt it was only prudent to have the cost of shipping added to the final purchase price.

Plus, 10% of every item purchased goes to a charitable cause (Wheels for the World) an organization that provides wheelchairs for underprivileged persons around the world. So, you can feel good about every purchase you make. Go ahead and purchase a few 'extras' to give away to family and friends - and spread the LIFT cheer!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All LIFT products go through a rigorous testing process, and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If any of our products do not meet your expectations, please reach out to us with your feedback so we can make it right.

RETURNS

  • We have a 30-day return policy. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 

  • To complete your return, please include a copy of your receipt in the return package. Proof of purchase is required.

 

EXCHANGES

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: support@liftbottleopeners.com

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

  • If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.​
